FITTING THE VIBE
The comment i get most from couples is how much I fitted in with their guests and the vibe of the day.
I love to strike a balance between being friendly but not obtrusive. After all, your special day is about celebrating with your family and friends, not about the cinematographer taking centre stage! Knowing when to make my couples laugh and when to let the moment be the speciality.
HOW TO SECURE YOUR DATE
Once availbility has been confirmed you will receive a booking form and once that is received along with payment confirmation of the retention fee I will allocate the date to you and then issue a contract and a copy of my Public Liability Insurance certificate - venues will require this for external vendors on their properties/sites. This gives couples so much reassurance knowing that there is something more than the spoken word for confirmatioN
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A Non refundable retention fee of £300 is required to secure your date.
A invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment received
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding.
Payments can be spread or full payment on final invoice.
I will update invoices with every payment received.
COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING
It is essential we get to know each other before your wedding, building relationships makes the day so much more fun and relaxed, Knowing your personailities really does enable a much better vibe to. your film.
We will have an initial collaboration via Teams, then I will send you a questionaire which enables me to understand who, what, where you need me on the day.
We can have as many conversations as you need to ensure you're happy. Some couples need this, some don't, every couple are different.
If after the first meeting we have not spoken I will touch base at the 8 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure all is ok and to see if you need anything amending or adding.
You will be given my telephone number and you can whatsapp me anytime.
TRAVEL & EXPENSES
All travel included free of charge if within 40 miles of CA1, charges apply of 0.45p per mile thereafter.
POST WEDDING
You will receive your 1 minute Teaser Trailer 7 days after your wedding
Issue of the film will be approximately 7 weeks after the wedding. I insist on taking time to edit correctly and ensuring your film is something your proud to show off and watch time and time again for many years to come.
MUSIC
I will ask you to give me 5 songs of your choice for your film, I will see which song suits the film best and place that music over the film

SOUND
I have a microphone that sits discreetly under the button hole for speeches, ensuring the sound is picked up perfectly and nothing important is missed, I use other microphones that collates the natural sound of the day, so emotions, music, laughter is picked up clearly, missing nothing of your special day.
